Outsourcing HR

For small or medium sized businesses who prefer not to have an on-site permanent (and expensive) HR team but who still need continuous support and advice, we can offer a complete package of solutions on a retained basis, enabling you to get the service you need at a fraction of the cost.

In addition to all relevant consultancy services, our outsource package also includes:

HR Documents Library:  a full range of templates to help with recruitment, performance management, absence management, policies and procedures.

Employment Legislation:  advice on current legislation, implementation of statutory and best practice policies and procedures, the creation of new ones as legislation changes.

Employer’s Helpdesk:  telephone access to helpline for support on how to resolve day to day issues.

To give you peace of mind, our services are fully insured so, as long as you follow our advice, any possible tribunal expenses will be covered. 

Audits

If you already have some HR systems in place, we can offer you a detailed HR Audit to help you remain compliant and, wherever possible, save money. If you ask us to undertake any work following the audit, we will reimburse 50% of its cost to thank you for trusting us.
