Who we are

Markella Ashby-Pickford established HR Matters Consultancy as a one-stop-shop for all Human Resources related issues. 

Markella has lived in Norfolk for most of her working life and has nearly 15 years experience in generalist and strategic Human Resources Management.   She has held senior HR roles predominantly in the financial services sector and her expertise lies mainly in employment law, employee relations, performance management and change management.

Markella is a post-graduate of the University of East Anglia and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
